Spending Friday nights with you guys and talking strangers makes my life worth living <3 <3 I hope you are all doing well .
You could try wearing an elastic band around your wrist and pulling it whenever you think about cutting. Try and think about why you are cutting and define when you feel the most ‘low’ or in need to cut or so to speak. Are you trying to quit for the boy? I also find that not may people will talk about cutting. Most of my friends are scared that I do it and think its disusing. You could also try ‘the butterfly project’. Listening to music or writing your feelings down. I also throw all my emotions at a blog I made on here. I really hope this helps.
